Our specialists fill up fast — especially on weekends. We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for most services, and 4–6 weeks for bridal appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations impact our specialists significantly — they appreciate your respect for their time.

Absolutely — this is one of the best things about The Village Beauty. You can book with multiple specialists on the same day. Just make sure the timing doesn't overlap and let each specialist know you'll be in salon that day so they can accommodate you.
Deposit requirements vary by specialist. Some require a booking deposit at the time of booking — this will be displayed in their booking system. Deposits are typically deducted from your final service cost.
Many of our specialists offer complimentary consultations — particularly Aesthetic Artistry Skin and Aesthetic Elements. You can also contact us and we'll point you in the right direction, or reach out directly to the specialist via their Instagram.
For lash and skin appointments, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and skin for best results. For nails, remove any existing gel or nail polish before your appointment if possible. Your specialist will let you know if there are any specific prep requirements when you book.
Yes. Aesthetic Elements is operated by an AHPRA Registered Nurse with specialist cosmetic training. All injectable procedures are performed in a clinical setting following strict safety protocols. A consultation is always conducted before any treatment to ensure you're the right candidate.
